As some (or most) of you know, there is a project for the MCRmy called BlueAfro. It is for two of the more undermined of the five in My Chemical Romance.
The first idea was for a site for them, since there isn't one for them yet, and the other members of RC and myself decided on the name BlueAfro. Why, you ask? Well, our lovely drummer Bob Bryar has blue eyes, and the talented guitarist Ray Toro has a lovely afro. Therefore, we put the names together to create this awesome title. Anyways, this site is a fansite as well as an information central for things you need to know about Project BlueAfro.

TWIZZLERS! (-stands up- Yes, my name is Starr, and I am a Twizzlerholic. This idea was thrown in by Ashley for me, but I’m sure they’d love some twizzlers, since they do indeed rock so hard.)

Articles of Clothing (i.e t-shirts, ties, etc. Please understand that you must send in APPROPRIATE ITEMS ONLY. As was suggested, you can send in t-shirts and ties or hats or whatever, like if you wanted to send in something that says Torosaurus, yes, we would accept that. We will not accept anything that we deem to be disrespectful to the boys.)

Stories (FanFictions are allowed, AS LONG as they don't include romantic relationships with the boys. Not every fanfiction has to have romance! Please read the rules below; do not put in anything about their girlfriends, nothing bad about the band members. We will be reading these and deeming whether or not they are acceptable, so please keep that in mind. No slash, keep any language at PG if you can, merely for the comfort of fans reading it if we decide to put your submission on this website. Unless you have a VERY unusual grandmother, a good rule of thumb to keep in mind is don’t submit anything you wouldn’t be comfortable with your grandma reading. If by some reason your grandmother sits around at home reading slash (-wince-), then please don’t submit anything that we wouldn’t want MY grandmother to read. ^.^)

You guys can basically send in whatever you want, as long as it abides by the rules (see below.)

SOME IDEAS

RULES

DO NOT send in things that say how hot they are.
DO NOT send in things harassing them, their culture, their interests, what they do, etc.
DO NOT send things threatening them, their bandmates, their girlfriends, etc.
DO NOT send things asking them about their personal lives. It's personal for a reason.
DO NOT send things to other bandmates/asking about other bandmates. This is a project for Ray and Bob, not a vice for you to get things to the other three.
However, of course DO feel free to submit things that will make them feel appreciated, DO submit things that praise their rockin’ talent, and DO have fun with this project. We’re only putting these rules in here so that everyone keeps in mind what is and isn’t okay. We don’t want to have to send back submissions, because then your hard work would go to waste! (Hey, we're not TOTAL jerks after all! Who knew?)

Oh! And see the nice underlining here? Yeah, read this kinda stuff. If you have ANY questions about the site or this project, please don't hesitate to e-mail us at BlueAfro@hotmail.com. E-mail us with questions about a submission you're considering (better to e-mail us and get the okay than do it and have it not allowed in the project) ideas for submissions that other people can use, or whatever else you can come up with.

Anyone who does not follow these rules will not be a part of the project. We will be reviewing all submissions to this site and/or project and we hold the final say when what is or isn’t acceptable.
